Marrakech is a vibrant city in Morocco, known for its rich history, stunning architecture, and bustling souks. The medina is filled with narrow alleyways, colorful markets, and the iconic Jemaa el-Fnaa square, where street performers and food stalls come alive at night. The city blends tradition with modernity, featuring beautiful gardens, palaces, and the striking Atlas Mountains nearby. It’s a sensory feast of sights, sounds, and flavors.
Itinerary
Our team will be on hand to greet passengers at the airport and provide seamless transfers to the hotel. Enjoy some free time to explore and get your first taste of the vibrant city. Dinner is not included, allowing you to choose from a variety of local dining options. Accommodation will be provided in Marrakech. Feel free to arrive at any time on the first day.
.Morning: Depart from Marrakech, driving through the scenic High Atlas Mountains. Enjoy breathtaking views and photo opportunities along the way.
.Afternoon: Arrive at Ait Benhaddou, a UNESCO World Heritage site. Explore the mud-brick village, famous for its stunning kasbahs and cinematic history.
.Evening: Continue to Boumalne Dades, where you'll check into a local guesthouse. Enjoy dinner and take in the beautiful mountain scenery.
.Morning: After breakfast, take a short hike in the Dades Gorge, marveling at the dramatic rock formations.
.Midday: Depart for Merzouga, passing through the Todra Gorge. Stop for lunch in a local village.
.Afternoon: Arrive in Merzouga and transfer to the camel camp. Begin your camel trek into the Sahara Desert, enjoying the stunning landscapes.
.Evening: Arrive at the desert camp. Settle in, watch the sunset over the dunes, and enjoy a traditional Moroccan dinner under the stars, accompanied by local music.
.For those interested, an early wake-up call offers the chance to experience one of the most memorable moments of your Sahara stay: the sunrise. This breathtaking spectacle of light and tranquility is sure to leave a lasting impression. After breakfast, we’ll begin our return journey to Marrakech, with an estimated arrival around 19:30. Accommodation is included for the night, though dinner will be at your discretion.

An extra day can be added to this itinerary to spend two nights in the desert for an experience of meeting the nomads living in the desert and doing more activities
